Marcus has 28 years’ international experience as a healthcare operator across many clinical environments. With 20 years active operational experience in the RAF, serving as a healthcare leader across all 3 services, with 9 operational tours under his belt. Throughout his career Marcus has worked with the NHS, MOD, NATO, the UK Cabinet Office, private healthcare companies and as currently as an NED at the Royal College Of Surgeons. From his experience in both safe and hostel environments Marcus deeply understands the critical importance of nutrition and a healthy as possible lifestyle for both patients and healthcare professionals.  Marcus is a regular presenter at Medical conferences and online webinars; proselytising compassionate leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and the power of nurses to change the face of healthcare.
