Nusrat Kausar is a registered dietitian, she is the Clinical Director of Primary Care Dietitians, where she supports dietitians working in different PCNs across England. Nusrat is also a director of Nutribytes; where she has a keen interest in reducing health inequalities in the UK, through patient and HCP education. Nusrat is an advocate for the profession, she is a part of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) England Board and the BDA Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) Board. Nusrat is Chair of the BDA sports and exercise diabetes sub-group. As part of the group, she is the host of the Type 1’s Talk Sports podcast.
