We will be exploring the research to date regarding nutrition, dietary quality and mental illness, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar, PTSD and BPD.
- To understand key nutrients required for brain health and mental wellbeing
- To examine the role of poor dietary quality in mental health incidence
- To explore three cases studies of mental illness with relation to dietary modification and lifestyle interventions
