Tamzin Lewis
Tazmin Lewis is a Registered Dietitian and a mum of two, based in London. She has nine years of experience working within the NHS in various roles and has most recently moved to working in paediatrics. She started her business Bloom Dietetics in 2019, finding a passion for pregnancy and maternal health. Her mission is to help women feel the best they can with optimal nutrition during this unique time. Alongside her work she volunteers as a breastfeeding peer supporter and is also on the British Dietetic Association Maternal and Fertility committee.
Agenda and Learning Outcomes
- The importance of nutrition in pregnancy for
both mother and child. - Essential nutrients and the benefits of these for
pregnant women. - A holistic approach to common pregnancy
complaints including diabetes. - Implementation of diet and lifestyle changes to
support the health of pregnant women.
