Sandya Mohan

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and Clinical Nutritionist with 4 years of professional experience, holding a
Master’s in Human Nutrition (Public Health) from the University of Glasgow. Specializing in evidence-based nutrition, behavior
change, and motivational interviewing, I am passionate about improving public health and well-being.
Currently, I work as a Diabetes Prevention Practitioner, delivering the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme to empower
individuals at risk of diabetes, and as a Dietetic Assistant, supporting heart and lung transplant patients with nutrition care. My
roles span prevention and treatment, providing a holistic perspective on patient care in both community and acute settings.
With a strong foundation in public health nutrition and a drive to tackle health challenges, I am dedicated to fostering healthier
lifestyles and making a meaningful impact in the field of nutrition.
